Cross-Country Skiing
Approximatel 40 km of cross-country trails are prepared for both classic skiing and skating in the Engelberg Valley, Gerschnialp and Trübsee.
Tobboganing
Tobogganing fun for the whole family on the 3.5 km long toboggan run on the Gerschnialp or on the 2.5 km long Brunni Run.
Great Ski Runs
The descent of your dreams in Engelberg! The Titlis (3028m above sea level) is the starting point. After overcoming a difference in altitude of 2000m and a 12km long fast descent on Engelberg's powder-snow-covered slopes you're back at the bottom.
The animal world
Who has not dreamed of ascending a mountain on horseback - just like the hero of an adventure movie?
Our llamas come from South America and are very sensitive. Since they are also attentive, careful and gentle, their are ideal companions for humans on excursions.
Nature
A whey bath is soothing and has a calming effect on irritated as well as normal skin. It makes the skin supple and silky-soft.
Snow-Shoe Trekking
Walking in a group through a forest and winter landscape - in daytime or by torch light - a cheerful, celebratory mood is always at hand, if not early on, definitely at the first surprise stop.

Winter huts in Switzerland
An authentic and cosy Alpine atmosphere, with a wonderful mountain panorama.
Besides typical SAC accommodation (multiple matresses or bunks), there are also family rooms, Showers on the landing. Fabulous sunsets.
Our Motto: "Eat - Sleep - Celebrate". A Fondue party takes place in conjunction with a torchlight descent. Snowshoe hikes. Visitors relax at the snow bar.
Morning and evening ride with the mountain train, upon request. The restaurant is outside the skiing area and has a large sun-terrace. Groups from 10 to 65 people can select from various menu suggestions. Local toboggan descent can be arranged. The walking path (45-minute tour) features benches. Thursdays closed.
Snowboarding, carving, cross-country, winter hiking or tobogganing enthusiasts meet at the Alpstubli mountain inn.

Are you planning a snow shoe hike? We will be happy to supply the snowshoes, torchlights and we will organise special train rides by Gerschnibahn, a Guide, Fondue, etc.
Great adventures
Unique cheese factory in Engelberg: The shape of the soft cheese made in the first Swiss cheese factory located in a monastery is hand crafted.
The Benedictine Monastery, built in 1120, forms the center of Engelberg. To date there are still approximately 30 monks living and working in the Engelberg monastery.

At 3,020m, Mt Titlis is the highest summit accessible by cable car in Central Switzerland - and the trendiest too.

For the ski instructors of tomorrow
The crèche operated by the Engelberg Titlis Swiss Ski School is now located at the Titlis base station.
Supervised at all times by qualified kindergarten teachers and children's ski instructors who have undergone top-class, state-of-the-art ski education training, this is the ideal environment for young children to develop their skills.
