Plein Ciel gives you a glimpse of a different, almost magical world: as the tower's panoramic lift takes you up to an altitude of over 1,100 metres, you will enter into a state of aesthetic grace!

Human beings must eat to live - a fact so evident it tends to hide the really complex matter of feeding a specific village, city, region or country in a given era. The Food Museum presents the different stages of the path travelled by food as it moves from the producer to the consumer.

On the trail through the Lavaux vineyards: from Chexbres, it takes just under two hours to walk down and reach the lakeshore in the small mediaeval town of Saint-Saphorin. A longer tours starts from the Olympic Museum in Lausanne and ends after eight hours at Chillon Castle. Along the 32 km, you'll learn lots worth knowing about the eight Lavaux appellations.
