Moser’s bakery and café
Apart from butter croissants, choice coffee blends and cakes, the Baden speciality of "Spanischbrödli" and "Badener Stein" have been tempting epicures since 1937. The puff-pastry pastries and Kirsch-soaked biscuits, wrapped in hazelnut gianduia with an exquisite quality chocolate coating are available in different variations.

Müller Bräu
The brewery H. Müller AG - now owned by the fourth generation – has brewed Baden's fresh beer since 1897. Thanks to short transportation routes, pasturization has been able to be dispensed with across the entire range of beers. In summer, the beer garden invites guests to enjoy a relaxing midday break, a well-earned after-work beer or a nightcap under the old chestnut trees.

Koster Sheep's Milk Cheese Dairy
The sheep's milk cheese dairy is rightly treated as an insider's recommendation: sheep's milk cheese with its distinctive creamy flavour is produced in the Zurich Oberland at 900 metres a.s.l. on the family-owned cheese dairy of Franz Koster. Its other products include sheep's milk yoghourt, feta cheese, fresh cheese and milk.

Jürg Saxer Vineyard
Modern-day wines bursting with character are vinified from the vines covering approx. 7.5 ha. In addition to both of the main wines Pinot Noir and Riesling x Sylvaner, a diverse range of specialities like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Räuschling and Cabernet is also produced. Some creations are allowed to mature in oak barrels, giving rise to intensive, pronounced red wines with a distinctive character.
