This prestigious establishment in a unique location, has one of the finest terraces in the whole of Geneva; the restaurant also has an excellent wine list and a smoking area. Chef Olivier Samson prides himself on producing fine food based on the best seasonal produce.

The Hotel Mandarin Oriental has two remarkable restaurants: the gourmet restaurant "Le Rasoi", serving innovative Indian food (Chef Vineet Bhatia), and "Le Sud", a traditional Mediterranean brasserie, the chef of which, Franck Ferreguti, was nominated "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" (Best Craftsman) in the year 2000.

The chef at the Windows Restaurant, Philippe Audonnet, offers guests outstanding international cuisine and an extensive wine list. The panoramic views of the lake and the mountains add a certain something to make this place feel really special.

The Relais Hotel serves excellent Mediterranean cuisine, with the flavours and nuances perfectly blended to titillate all your senses, in an elegant, intimate atmosphere.

The SENS bar and restaurant offer two interpretations of the imaginative and sophisticated cuisine of the Pourcel brothers; these twins were awarded a Michelin star more than once for their Jardins des Cinq Sens in Montpellier. Theirs is Mediterranean cuisine inspired by extensive travel in the region, with striking combinations of hot and cold, soft and crunchy.

The elegant restaurant of the Hostellerie de la Vendée is on the Petit-Lancy hill. Franck Leclerc has been in charge here since 1 September, concocting magical dishes of fish, seafood, meat and poultry, impressive for their finesse and delicacy. They can be enjoyed on the magnificent veranda, filled with luxuriant plants.
