Theirs is Mediterranean cuisine inspired by extensive travel in the region, with striking combinations of hot and cold, soft and crunchy.

The elegant restaurant of the Hostellerie de la Vendée is on the Petit-Lancy hill. Franck Leclerc has been in charge here since 1 September, concocting magical dishes of fish, seafood, meat and poultry, impressive for their finesse and delicacy. They can be enjoyed on the magnificent veranda, filled with luxuriant plants.
