The Gasthaus is located in the Binn Valley, famous for its minerals, and is a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Synonymous with warm hospitality, fine cuisine and an excellent cellar. Besides traditional Valais and Swiss specialities, a fresh interpretation is given here to Cäsar Ritz' culinary legacy.

This is a typical alpine chalet converted to a country inn and hostel where guests are made to feel at home amid comfortable surroundings. Specialities of the house are grilled Tomme, feta salad and the "pierrade". Those with a sweet tooth to indulge will always find fresh blueberry tart and whipped cream waiting for them.

This restaurant is situated above Martigny in a small paradise that is protected by law. Valais specialities are: Raclette, fondue, cheese platter and brisolée (in autumn). In summer, salad buffet and barbecue. Extensive selection of regional wines (30 specialities white and red).

A mere pane of glass separates restaurant guests from a stall with rabbits, poultry and guinea pigs, and these may be observed while you enjoy our home-style cooking or seasonal dishes. Our guests just love the home baked cakes and smaller dishes such as goat's cheese with bread that we serve in the afternoons.

This restaurant is the ideal place to sample the most renowned specialities the Valais has to offer. First and foremost are such cheese dishes as the Raclette, served here with five different types of cheese. Guests may also treat themselves to aromatic dried meat, brisolée (roasted chestnuts) and a host of traditional seasonal dishes.
