Mount Pilatus
One major tourist attraction actively encouraging gay and lesbian visitors is Mount Pilatus. Not for the faint-hearted, the 40-minute train ride to the top reveals breathtaking views, and, at a 48% gradient, is the world’s steepest cogwheel railway.
Mount Rigi
The views from just about anywhere in Lucerne are pretty amazing,
particularly out across the glittering lake to the peak of Mount Rigi.
Mount Titlis
Another attraction is the glacier paradise of Mount Titlis at 10,000 feet (3,020 m) with its sensational panoramic view. It offers a 12-month eternal snow and ice experience and the world’s first revolving gondola Rotair.
