Nordic Walking


Fast walking using two special poles has already taken hold in the Nordic countries. This healthy full-body training method (course offer, holidays with Nordic walking training) is also becoming established in Switzerland. From a distance Nordic walking looks like cross-country skiing without any snow. A gentle sport, it is easy on the joints and stimulates the circulation in a healthy way. Nordic walking is suitable for exercisers both young and old and can be practised anywhere. Routes forming part of a path network are naturally very good for this purpose.
