The idyllic Ägerisee, with its varied fleet, offers something for every taste: whether it's a scheduled trip on the modern 130 seater MS ÄGERISEE or a special journey on the nostalgic boats MS ÄGERI and MS MORGARTEN.
Comprising three smaller boats, the Ägerisee fleet serves several boat landing stages around the lake and, in addition to regular scheduled services, also offers special cruises from May to October. The sailing schedule includes gastronome cruises such as the “Summer Night’s Cruise” as well as a “Culinary Tour of Switzerland”. The boats may also be charted for special occasions, e.g. the beautifully restored historic motorboat which accommodates 25 passengers.
Situated east of Lake Zug, the Ägerisee lies embedded in a hilly morainal landscape and offers a wide range of hiking, biking and water sports activities. The renowned Battle of Morgarten took place on its shores in 1315, the first battle between the Confederates and the Habsburgs.
