Ride the Rhaetian Railways along the Bernina Express route. Then the large gondola carries one up to the peak, located at an altitude of 2978 m.a.s.l., in the heart of this spectacular mountain world. The Piz Palü welcomes visitors with its three peaks and as if it were sporting a silvery beard, a sparkling glacier comes tumbling down its sides. This so beautiful that one may be tempted to stay here all day, simply admiring the overwhelming beauty of this region.
But of course, the Diavolezza also offers many activities, ranging from winter through summer sports, from high Alpine touring to glacier hiking.
