At the "Oeschinensee" the Wandfluh Family, owners of the Hotel-Restaurant Oeschinensee prepare the most delicious food. All ingredients are coming from their own macrobiotic farm, making everything taste even better. Specifically, all vegetables are from their vegetable garden in Kandersteg, and all the meats, especially lamb, from their farm and their chesses from an affiliated dairy. Of course, all breads are baked on the premises and all jams, ice creams, as well as salad dressings and cakes are made here, too. And whoever has eaten here once knows enough to reserve one of their charming nostalgy rooms in the more than 100-year-old inn. This is not only to sleep off an excellent meal but also to enjoy the superb breakfast served the next morning.

How to get there:
Drive or take public transportation to Kandersteg via Thun/Spiez . In Kandersteg take the chairlift to Lake Oeschinen.
