Gasslihof - organic farm and B&B

At the far end of the Safien Valley, 1700m above sea level, the Waldburger family runs Gasslihof farm, which has been completely organic since 2006. Organic beef (from dam-raised young cattle), speciality meat dishes and also a Bed & Breakfast - a successful concept.
