A new creation from Chascharia, a farmers' cooperative in Müstair in the valley. For many years, they have been producing a range of milk products made from the local milk. One of these is Kräutermutschli, a cheese flavoured with a special and very secret blend of herbs. The cheese is finished and matured in the cooperative's own cheese-making cellar.
