Cheese from the Nature Reserve

In the Thal region, there are two farms and a dairy producing different speciality cheeses made using milk from the Thal Nature Reserve: Passwang Mutschli, organic alpine cheese, Herrenkäse. They use milk from their own cows or from nearby farms.
