A tasty cheese requires top-quality milk. The Hofstetter dairy obtains this milk from twelve regional milk suppliers. It uses it to make tangy soft cheeses, organic alpine cheese and a hard cheese, the traditional "Entlebucher". As well as the Biosphere parties, cheese-tasting sessions and visits to the dairy are also on offer.
