From organic milk to the Glatsch Balnot: just two hours after milking, the milk from local farms has been made into fine ice-cream. In winter the suppliers of the raw material live on small organic farms in Ftan, while in summer they enjoy a healthy life on the Alp Laret, where they make the wholesome milk even better with the addition of tasty alpine herbs.
