The "GranAlpin" cooperative based in Tiefencastel in the Parc Ela supports the ecological cultivation of mountain crops in Graubünden. Its range includes various flours, pasta, rolled barley and all the ingredients for the well-known barley soup or pizzocheri (pasta parcels) – as well as bread baked by the local bakeries using GranAlpin flour.
