This versatile business includes a dairy, sales outlet and barn, and a restaurant where the menu includes many local specialities. In the dairy, you can watch a demonstration of how the alpine cheese is made over a log fire, and then you can buy it in the shop. The show dairy is located at the lower end of the village and, with its big barn, is also ideal for seminars or meetings.

Situated in the heart of "Alpes Vaudoises" at 1000 meters high in the "Pays-d'Enhaut", Château-d'Oex is the World Alpine Capital of Hot Air Ballooning, every year at the end of January the International Balloon Festival takes place.

In winter, more than 420 km of alpine skiing slopes, 70 km of snowshoeing tracks, splendid sledging runs and cross-country skiing.
The families are welcomed in the Pays-d'Enhaut ! To prove it, the ski lifts of the region and some accommodation are free for children up to 9 years old, winter like summer !
