This bakery is well-known for its regional specialities: "pan cun paira" (pear bread) and Engadin walnut tarts. Most of the bread and cakes are made using organic flour produced by "GranAlpin", and other regional farm produce. The shop is happy to send specialities all over the world, and in Switzerland they can be found in health food shops and delicatessens.
