Pinot Noir "Pfyfoltru"

The Pfyfoltru gets its name from the word in Valais German for "butterfly". The grapes from which this fine wine is made are grown in near-natural, closely controlled conditions and only wine that complies with the strict regulations can bear the label showing the blue and red butterfly. In the wine-growing village of Varen, this has even become a quality mark for wine.
