Japanese Wagyu, also known as Kobe cattle, are reared naturally on the Chlopfis farm and fed only on corn, grass, barley and mineral supplements. The tasty meat contains a high proportion of unsaturated fat and should not be cooked at too high a temperature; the ideal way to cook it is "à point". The meat can be bought from the online shop or directly from the farm.
