Pub-restaurant zum Hirzen

This traditional pub-restaurant still bears the same name as 300 years ago. Where possible, all the processed produce as well as raw foodstuffs are purchased in Switzerland. In addition to the classics, the menu also always has seasonal dishes on offer. In 2005, the Restaurant zum Hirze was accepted as a guild restaurant of the Swiss Guild of Established Cooks.
