Beneath the gable of this stately wooden house, we find the dragon-slaying St. George. The restaurant of the same name on the ground floor, with a terrace overlooking the village square (and a dining room on the first floor) has 14 Gault Millau points. The chef Klaus Leuenberger's food is fresh and creative, mainly using regional produce, organic as far as possible. The wine list is also definitely worth a look.
