Description
The village of Densbüren with its 750 inhabitants is located in the midst of the southernmost Jura chain. On the guided Sagenwanderung (Fable Trail) in the Strihe Mountain (867m) area of Densbüren, visitors can follow the trail of the "Erdweiblein" (earth-fairies who lived in stalactite caves) or "Striehenmandli" (little man of the Strihe Mountain). In addition, the tour guide tells stories and legends from the region. Along this 2 1/2h hike there is the opportunity to have a barbeque. Tip: Visit the ruin of the Urgiz Castle in Densbüren.
