Description
The glacier garden with its interesting natural formations can be easily reached from the Cavaglia railway station, between the Bernina Pass and Poschiavo. A circular walk to the “Glacier mills”, without admission charge (download pdf with details from local site); guided tours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from June to October, available upon request.
The careful planning of a tour will ensure that you also derive the maximum pleasure and enjoyment from it. Please take the time to contact the local information centre and enquire about route and weather conditions before setting off. Your intended trail may be fully or partially closed, depending on the time of year and weather conditions.
