Chasseral – Chaumont

Description

Walk from the Hôtel Chasseral to Chaumont. A long, but very gentle 15-km-long descent through mountain pastures with a few trees and across rocky ridges. The walking time is 4 hours; there are several 'métairies' (Alpine farmhouses with restaurants) en route. The start as well as end point can be reached using public transportation.
