Description
From Sufers you will hike on agricultural roads to the reservoir dam and over the covered wooden bridge to Sufner Schmelzi and subsequently down to the valley, up to the viaduct of A13, where the ascent to the Suretta Valley begins. Left of the Suretta stream the path takes you to the bridge located at 1623 meters. Here you will turn towards the Schwarzwaldalp (“Black Forest” Alp). From here the path leads gently through the forest and across pastures to the Suretta Alp. On the return hike via Nesslabüel the path turns left at the vantage point near Rosschopf. The trail then leads through the Göriwald Forest back to Sufers in the valley.
