A walk in the Lower Engadine, on the sunny side of the valley, along the old road from Lavin and across the terraces of Guarda and Bos-cha and on to Ardez. You can look at rich vegetation and see how it adapts to the dry conditions; a speciality: the Jupiter catchfly. The hedges full of roses and other heat-loving species are also most striking.
