For centuries the pass and the Binn valley itself were more important than the Simplon. The numerous finds dating from the Celtic-Roman age on both sides of today's border, attest to the importance of the Albrun Pass. Once a week during the summer, archeologist Gerd Graeser invites visitors to join him on the walk from Binn to Imfeld. During the walk he will explain the key finds and locations of the Celtic-Roman age.
