A popular place for excursions, at over 1050 m. Hikers can reach a good starting point for the climb up to the B��tschelegg by taking the post bus: from the Niedermuhlern Post Office (829 m), the marked Bernese Trail takes you first over fields and then through the forest up to the B��tschelegg. In the cosy B��tschelegg Restaurant, you'll soon forget the exertions of your climb.
