The path along the sun-kissed slope from Binn (1400m) to Imfäld (1520m) via Holzerhischere/Giessen is popular on account of its gentle ascent and its magnificent views. Stone blocks and information plaques explain the interesting geology of the Binn valley. The mining waste heaps are very popular with children because of the fool's gold (iron pyrites). Keen mineral spotters will want to look for realgar and other rarities.
