An interesting and varied walk at a medium elevation along the southernmost slopes of the Jura. Views across Lake Biel, artistically-constructed walls of local stone, narrow alleyways and pretty houses in the vine-growing villages. The route is recommended particularly in the spring and autumn. Optional shortcut by climbing down into the villages. Return to the point of departure by boat or train. La Neuveville – Biel: 15 km, approx. 4 hrs.
