Flims Laax Falera (Graubünden)
With far over 200 kilometres of pistes stretching across 100+ square kilometres of snow-assured slopes around the 'Crap Sogn Gion', the ski region of the Flims, Laax and Falera resorts constitutes one of Switzerland's very large, connected winter sports regions. In summer, Flims Laax Falera becomes one enormous outdoor 'playground' for active guests.
Cresta (Graubünden)
Avers/Juf is the highest settlement in Europe, occupied all year round. Here, a few stalwart mountain dwellers defy the frosty temperatures of the long winter at an impressive 2126 m.a.s.l., holding out in front of the stove until the cold, white apparition has passed, and looking forward to the few short weeks of the mountain summer.
Klosters (Graubünden)
Nestling in what has remained the rural part of the Prättigau (Graubünden), Klosters, with its romantic village-like atmosphere, stands in stark contrast to the nearby Alpine metropolis of Davos. The diverse range of activities on offer in summer and winter is well suited to families with children.
Lenzerheide (Graubünden)
Formerly a mere transit location between Chur and Tiefencastel, Lenzerheide, located at an altitude of 1500 metres above sea level in a high valley, has been a popular winter and summer health resort for families and sports enthusiasts for some time now. The two winter sports regions of Stätzerhorn and Parpan Rothorn, one on each side of the valley, cater for winter sports enthusiasts of all ages.
(Graubünden)
The holiday region of Obersaxen-Mundaun / Ilanz / Val Lumnezia stretches from Ilanz in the valley in Surselva in Grisons in one direction up to the holiday region of Obersaxen on a high plateau overlooking the upper reaches of the Anterior Rhine and, in the other, to the Val Lumnezia. Common to both areas is the long chain of the Mundaun mountains in between, a popular region for hiking and skiing.
