Kneipp fitness circuit in the Rhine in Basel

The Basel Kneipp Association invites you to complete a round on the Kneipp fitness circuit on the Rhine. Here you will learn about the 5 pillars of the Kneipp method and discover the prettiest side of Basel. The circuit starts at the water treading basin on the Mühlenberg/ St. Alban-Rheinweg corner. Get a plan of the Kneipp fitness circuit and an information brochure about the 5 pillars from the "Fährimaa" while on the convenient Rhine crossing aboard the St. Alban ferry. Other stations on the fitness trail include the Solitude Park with its beautiful playground and large shelter, the spacious Barefoot Trail in Birsfelden and the refreshing arm bath at Brunnen near the Museum für Gegenwartskunst. The Tinguely Museum and the Basel Paper Mill are also located along the route.
