The yearly traditional Tulip Festival is organized in the Parc de l'Indépendance near the lakeshore in Morges. From early April to mid-Mai more than a hundred thousand tulips (only from mid-April), narcissi and hyacinths bloom here under majestic trees, some of them are over hundred years old. The colorful tapestry of 30 000 square metres is a feast for your eyes in this scenic setting. There is no admission fee. Musical entertainment is among the weekend attractions. A "must" for visitors to Morges!
