This course allows you to be better tuned in to your body and to your needs; its facilitates your well-being during your pregnancy by answering your little daily sores, often inherent during your pregnancy (back pain, heavy legs, short breath or oppressed, contractions, etc.) allowing you to relax and to feel enough relaxed to enter in contact with your child and appreciate this period of life. Gradually, the second aspect approached during the course is the preparation to birth with yoga’s assistance.
