The « Désalpe » Parade marks the end of the mountain pastures season and the production of the famed Etivaz AOP cheese. Producers and their herds, all of them dressed in their traditional finery, will parade through the village. Cheesemaking on an open fire, Alphorns, flag throwers, bell ringers, artisan market, demonstration and initiation into Swiss wrestling, kids’ entertainment and raclette evening.
