Grosses Moos (The Great Marsh)

Since the Jura water correction, Seeland has become one of Switzerland's most important vegetable-growing regions. Besides vegetables, fruit, grains, sugar beets and grapes are also cultivated here. A quarter of Switzerland's vegetable yield comes from Seeland. Discover the Vegetable Trail in the Great Marsh by bicycle or on inline skates. Both Kerzer and Ins Station make an ideal base, and here one can rent bicycles, amongst other things.
