Local architects have dealt meticulously with the difficult circumstances of a prominent urban site. Between the historic city centre and new urban extension structures, an urban architectural feature at the southern entrance to the city was created with hawks (Falken) as its theme. This magnificent residence and office building has interesting floor spaces.
