Lenzerheide – Kirche – Volg – Pedra Grossa – Spoina - Heidsee - Lenzerheide

From the post office in Lenzerheide, set off along the main road to Chur. Turn left at the church and continue down the hill. After the Volg, turn right up the hill to Spoina. After a good 45 minutes, bear off to the left and continue along the trail past the sign to Pedra Grossa and on to Spoina. From there, you can walk back down to Lake Heid and from there return to Lenzerheide.
