Comment:The hanging bridge at dizzying height promises a great thrill and adrenaline boost!!

The walk doesn’t last any great length of time and you enjoy beautiful views of the vines, direction Sion.

Starting from the parking place, the way follows firstly along the road  and back to the roundabout. You then turn right into the main road, pass the St. Laurent Church and after a few meters, bear left to walk alongside the, before the path commences to wind its way up through the vineyards. You now wander through the two small Produit and Montagnon villages, this far approx. 45 min.

The Passerelle is well signposted. From Montagnon at the edge of the woods as far as the Passarelle it’s about another 20 mins. In front of the bridge you find a small picnic area with seating and table. In-depth views  down into extraordinarily narrow gorge are truly impressive. The descent leads first through the woods, then once again through vineyards and on to Saillon in around 50 minutes.

The careful planning of a tour will ensure that you also derive the maximum pleasure and enjoyment from it. Please take the time to contact the local information centre and enquire about route and weather conditions before setting off. Your intended trail may be fully or partially closed, depending on the time of year and weather conditions.
