Travel back in time in only half an hour by car - that's all it takes
to get to the Lauiboden Mulchen hut at Flumserberg and to leave the
stress of everyday life behind. Time has been turned back here at least
100 years - there is no electricity in the natural valley of Schils,
and all cooking is done over an open fire. Light is provided by
paraffin lamps, water comes from the trough in front of the house, the
toilet is shared with the herdsmen, and the bed is one of straw.
All that it needs is the Alpöhi to walk in the room and you will
immediately be transported to the world of Heidi and Peter. For you to
