Chamoson

With its 427ha (1054 acres) of vineyards, Chamoson is the largest wine producing commune in Valais. It boasts about 50 wine producers and more than 1200 vineyard owners. Famous for its Johannisberg, one can also taste many other Valais wines such as: Fendant, Petite Arvine, Pinot Noir, Humagne Rouge, Cornalin, Syrah… The 22 restaurants of Chamoson will present and advise you on their specialities of food and wine, from the tapas bar to an excellent food and wine experience, from fondue to Mediterranean cuisine.
