The museum building was called "the mill". It was both, an economical and political center. Until the middle of 19th century, it was a marketplace for grain and salt. The large room on first floor, was used as a court room. Today the museum shows the following topics: Living and working in former times, lacemaking, geology and mineralogy, alpine mountaineering and tourism. Seasonal special exhibition.
