Nordic walking in the Engadine

In the Plaiv/Zernez region you can take your pick from 5 completely different Nordic Walking Parks. The level of difficulty of the routes is marked in the colours blue, red and black. In addition the Nordic Walking School at the Resgia in Zuoz offers Nordic walking, Nordic inline and various technical courses as well as guided walks.
