In the skiing areas of Les Paccots and Rathvel, there are 15 climbing aids, among them three children’s lifts. The ski schools offer private and group lessons. Young children are looked after in the ski kindergarten.
The children are cared for by certified skiing instructors. In Les Paccots, children above age 3 and in Rathel above age 4 are cordially welcomed. The little ones learn to ski with fun and play at the Children’s Snowland, which is prepared in advance by the skiing instructors. Thanks to the magic carpet, everyone reaches the top of the hill. The children also have a “Castle in the Air” at their disposal. Children’s Snowland is open 2 hours in the morning and afternoon. Snowboarders are also welcome on the pistes; in addition, they have a special Snow Park at their disposal. Field card subscriptions for the lifts are very useful for families with beginners: the card is stamped before every ride, and it’s good for unlimited rides. The covered ice-skating rink in the center of Les Paccots completes the winter offerings and is enjoyed by all ages.
Offers and services for children Trapper Excursion: A 30- to 40-minute snowshoe hike at dusk. The children are accompanied by a certified hiking guide and learn about the local wildlife.
