As the highest ranking female cook in Switzerland (18 Gault-Millau-points!) Irma Dütsch turned the forest hotel Fletschhorn in Saas-Fee into a culinary paradise. In the past few years Markus Neff, cook of the year 2007, has been keeping the hotel's culinary standards at the same high level - and even allows you to peer into his pots and pans. In his courses, held for a maximum of 12 hobby cooks at a time, he not only reveals culinary secrets but also simultaneously prepares dinner - which is the delectable grand finale of this program.
