There are so many delicacies and specialities to be discovered on the Chasseral between La Chaux de Fonds and Biel - bison terrine, Tête de Moine cheese, Ragusa chocolate and nut bread made over wood fires. Schafiser Pinot noir Barrique also comes from here, as does the mysterious Chasseralelixier, produced from wild berries at 20-25°C.

Many hotels and restaurants also serve regional specialities and can be found on the "gourmet trail". A wonderful journey through Cocagne country (access by public bus possible).
