Alpine Ibex Trail

On this informative wildlife trail and alpine footpath in the Val des Dix, there's a lot to see from July to October. The round trip through the stunning world of flora and fauna starts at the "Le Chargeur" cable-car station at the top of the "Grande Dixence" dam and lasts four hours. On the way, the "Cabane de Prafleuri" mountain hut is an inviting place to stop for refreshment or a small snack. The tour takes you close to the highest peaks.
