Alpine longhorn beetle trail Diemtigen

For half a century, the Alpine longhorn beetle was thought to be extinct in the region. The habitat of the beetle is explained in greater detail on the information panels, as is the reason for its endangerment. The trail begins with a short documentary film in the tourist bureau and leads from the Oey-Diemtigen railway station to the Burgholz railway station.
