Alpine Nature Trail Loop

The impressive karst landscape is a particularly fascinating aspect of this circular hike. The hike is relatively strenuous and takes about 5 hours. It leads through Mähder, along Partnun Lake and through the karst landscape. There are three inns along the way where you can fortify yourself with a meal. The comprehensive glossy brochure describes the culture and fauna, but deals primarily with the birds that are especially common in the region at the Berghaus Sulzfluh.
